Shipments are NOT automatically insured. Insurance is extra at a cost to the customer and at the customer's request only.
All shipments will be sent via FedEx or an equivalent express service. We will email you (at billing & shipping email addresses) the tracking number which is also our proof of shipping. For your protection, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
You will be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment. If this is to happen, we will help you either order the item for later delivery, replace it with a substitute item, or void the order and refund the amount charged. In case you decide to cancel your order, your credit card will be credited for the amount charged.
For your protection, orders over $350 may ship to the billing address only, unless and until we receive an email from you (besides the payment) authorizing us to ship at the shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for customized orders to be shipped.
Please note that orders received after 4:00 PM Central European Time will be processed the following business day or within three business days. When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.
All international sales and deliveries are subject to extra shipping & handling charges, insurance, custom duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond the control of CARAM, it may not be possible for us to deliver international orders due to restrictions on certain items in some countries. CARAM apologizes in advance for any such shipping restrictions created or observed in the future.
